There is no explanation for this question – you have to figure out what it means to you. Tricky, but challenging – why not have a go?

Can one person change the world?
Level 3 – give examples of how one person changed the world.
Level 4 – explain how they did it and explore whether or not they were really acting alone.
Level 5 – Did any of these people have anything in common – are there things we can learn about changing the world from them?
Level 6 – What factors stop people from wanting (or daring) to change the world? Is trying to change the world sometimes a dangerous thing?
