The questions are all philosophical questions and we will be looking for pupils to use 'Higher Order Thinking' Skills as evidenced by Bloom's Taxonomy.
Some pages have exmples of 'Rubrics' Which are planning type sheet sthat many of the pupils have used for example here is a rubric on the question about learning from history
You might want to look at these question stems to start talking about the topics and to help with your planning.
Is the hardest Question "is life a post code lottery"
ReplyDeleteHi Seb, 'Is Life a postcode lottery?' is one of the hardest questions because you have been given no guidance. All of the questions are philosophical and need you to think as well as give your considered opinion and balanced arguments. It is a question that allows your thinking to go in lots of different directions - is this the question you are thinking of doing? Mrs H
ReplyDeletehi i am struggling to think of something else to write about child labour i have done information different forms of child labour. child labour history and today and in england. i have done how you cane help and i have given some ideas on how to stop child labour as well as effects it would have! can you think ofany thing from Rebecca

Hi Courtney, first of all don't worry! Do you know if your presentation is Tues or Wednesday? Go to reception in the morning and there will be a list.
ReplyDeleteIn your interview you will need to talk about some of the things you have done this year linked to the PLTS. For example were you a teamworker when you did the BP oil spill work? What role did you play? Who did you work with?
Try to jot down a few ideas or make a powerpoint and put it onto a memory stick if you can. If you are really worried come to my office before school tomorrow and I will help you, Mrs Hewitt
