To what extent do you agree that child labour in all its forms should be abolished?

If you only describe what child labour is and where it happens, you will get Level 3, but If you can explain WHY you think it happens, you are moving to levels 4 and 5. To get Level 5 you should show you understand some of the possible solutions and give examples of these outlining the benefits and possible problems.

This can be a WOW answer is you address the ‘grey areas’ of child labour. Is it ever acceptable for a child to work? What impact might a child not working have on a poor family? Are there compromises which could be made? What would the impact of ending child labour have on the world economy? Do you think people might be prepared to pay more?
